Refund policy
一、Return Period
Within 7 days (inclusive of the delivery date) from the date you sign for the product, you may apply for a return if you are dissatisfied with the product or encounter issues. Returns for non-quality-related reasons will not be accepted after 7 days.
二、Return Conditions
1. Product Condition: The returned product must be in good condition, undamaged, unused, and complete with all accessories (including but not limited to tags, packaging, gifts, instruction manuals, etc.), without affecting secondary sales.
2. Quality Issue Determination: Returns are supported for product quality issues (such as damage, defects, functional failures, etc., caused by non-human factors). Returns for subjective reasons (such as personal preference, incorrect size, wrong purchase, etc.) will only be accepted if the above product condition requirements are met.
三、Shipping Fee Liability
1. Quality Issues: If it is verified by brand that the product has a quality issue, the shipping fee for the return will be borne by the platform. You may advance the shipping fee to return the product, and the platform will reimburse the reasonable shipping cost (subject to platform review) together with the refund, provided that valid shipping proof is provided.
2. Non-Quality Issues: For returns applied for personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), the round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. Returns sent via freight collect will be rejected.
四、Return Process
1. Initiate Application: Log in to your account, click the "Apply for Return" button on the order details page, fill in the return reason, return method, and other information as prompted by the system, and submit the application.
2. Review: The brand will review your return application within 1-2 working days. After approval, you will receive the return address and relevant guidelines; if rejected, the specific reason will be notified.
3. Return the Product: Please return the product to the specified address via a qualified logistics service provider within 3 working days after receiving the approval notice, and fill in the correct tracking number in the system.
4. Inspection & Refund: After the product is returned, the platform will inspect it within 2-3 working days. Once the inspection is passed, the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original channel. The arrival time varies by payment method, generally 1-7 working days.
