2. Logistics Types:
- Standard Delivery: Suitable for regular products, offering basic transportation and tracking services with relatively stable timeliness.
- Expedited Delivery: For orders with high timeliness requirements, providing priority processing and fast transportation services, subject to additional expedited fees.
- Overseas Warehouse Direct Shipment: Some popular products are eligible for shipment from local overseas warehouses, reducing delivery time and customs clearance risks.
二、Delivery Timeliness
1. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time displayed on the product page is based on normal logistics conditions. Actual timeliness may be delayed due to factors such as policies of the destination country/region, customs clearance, holidays, and logistics peak seasons.
2. Remote Areas: Remote addresses in some countries/regions may incur additional delivery days or require self-pickup, subject to feedback from logistics providers.
三、Freight Calculation and Payment
1. Freight Standards: Freight is calculated based on product weight, volume, destination, and selected logistics method, with the specific amount automatically displayed on the order placement page.
2. Freight Discounts: The Platform may offer freight reductions through full-order discounts, coupons, etc., with specific rules stated on the activity page.
3. Additional Fees:
- Remote Area Surcharge: Additional delivery fees may apply to certain remote addresses, which will be prompted during order placement.
- Oversized/Overweight Surcharge: Extra fees are required if the product's size or weight exceeds the logistics provider's standards.
四、Customs Clearance and Duties
1. Customs Clearance Liability:
- The recipient must cooperate with local customs to provide necessary customs clearance documents (such as ID cards, tax numbers, etc.). The recipient shall bear responsibility for customs clearance delays or returns caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
- The Platform only assists in providing product invoices and basic customs clearance documents, and shall not assume liability for customs clearance results or related legal responsibilities.
2. Duties and Taxes Policy:
- Import duties, value-added taxes, consumption taxes, and other taxes may be incurred for products in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country/region, all of which shall be borne by the recipient.
- Some countries/regions offer tax-free allowances for low-value goods (e.g., tax-free for amounts below $800 in the U.S.), subject to local policies.
3. Duties and Taxes Payment: Some logistics providers support "duties and taxes collect," where the recipient pays directly to the logistics provider, or the logistics provider pays on behalf and recovers from the recipient.
五、Product Signing and Exception Handling
1. Signing Requirements:
- The recipient should inspect the outer packaging for integrity upon signing. If the package is damaged, the product is missing, or any abnormalities are found, the situation must be noted on the signing receipt, and the Platform's customer service must be contacted immediately (within 24 hours).
- Authorizing others to collect the package is deemed as personal signing, and returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are not supported after signing.
2. Exception Handling:
- Package Loss: If the logistics provider confirms package loss, the Platform will assist the user in filing a claim and negotiate a refund or reshipment based on the order status.
- Customs Return: If the package is returned due to the recipient's failure to cooperate with customs clearance or unpaid duties, the recipient shall bear the freight and reshipment fees.
六、Return Logistics Rules
1. Return Address: Returned products must be sent to the Platform's designated overseas or domestic return warehouse, with the specific address notified after the return application is approved.
2. Freight Liability:
- Quality Issues: Upon verification by the Platform, return freight will be borne by the Platform (users need to advance the freight and provide proof).
- Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, dislike of style), round-trip freight shall be borne by the user, who must ensure the product meets the conditions for secondary sales.
3. International Return Restrictions: International returns may not be accepted for some countries/regions due to logistics restrictions or customs policies, subject to the product details page.
七、Disclaimer of Liability
1. The Platform shall not be liable for delivery delays, package loss, or damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, policy changes, etc.) or logistics providers, but will assist users in negotiating solutions with logistics providers.
2. Losses caused by the recipient providing incorrect addresses, contact information, or failing to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner shall be borne by the recipient.
