To protect your rights and regulate the conduct of both parties, please read the following terms carefully before using the Platform's services. By using the Platform's services, you confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service and any subsequent updates.

 

一、Definitions and Scope of Application

 

1. User: Refers to natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations that register, browse, or use the Platform's services.

二、User Registration and Account Management

Users are obligated to update information promptly to ensure its validity. The User shall bear sole responsibility for any transaction issues caused by inaccurate information.

2. Account Security: Users shall properly safeguard their account and password and shall not lend or share them. The Platform shall not be liable for any account losses, information leakage, or unauthorized transactions resulting from the User's improper custody. If abnormal account activity is found, the User shall immediately contact the Platform's customer service.

3. Account Cancellation: Users have the right to apply for account cancellation. After cancellation, relevant transaction records, coupons, and other data will be processed in accordance with the Platform's rules and cannot be recovered.

 

三、Product Display and Information

 

1. Product Information: The Platform makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, parameters, etc. However, due to factors such as shooting light, display color difference, or process variations, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the page display, with the actual product prevailing. Parameters such as the material, weight, and size of jewelry have a reasonable error range that complies with relevant national regulations.

2. Price Adjustment: The price of products on the Platform may be adjusted due to market conditions, promotional activities, etc. The transaction price shall be subject to the amount displayed on the page at the time of order placement.

 

四、Orders and Transactions

 

1. Order Generation: An order is established when the User submits the order and completes payment. If the Product cannot be supplied due to insufficient inventory, system failure, price errors, etc., the Platform has the right to cancel the order and promptly notify the User for a refund.

2. Payment Methods: The Platform provides multiple payment methods. Users shall ensure that their payment account has sufficient funds or good credit. In the event of a payment dispute after successful payment, the User shall cooperate with the Platform and payment institution in the investigation and handling.

3. Order Modification: After submitting an order, if the User needs to modify the shipping information, product specifications, etc., they should contact customer service before the Product is shipped. If the Product has been shipped, the order information cannot be modified.

 

五、Product Delivery

 

1. Delivery Service: The Platform provides product delivery services in cooperation with logistics partners, and delivery times vary by region and logistics conditions. Users shall ensure that the shipping address has someone to sign for the package. Consequences such as product return or delayed delivery due to no one being available to sign shall be borne by the User, who shall also bear the re-delivery fees.

2. Inspection and Signing: When signing for the Product, the User shall inspect the outer packaging on the spot. If the Product is found to be damaged or missing, the User shall note the situation on the signing receipt and immediately contact the Platform's customer service. Once signed for, the Product is deemed to have no apparent defects; if quality issues are discovered later, they shall be handled in accordance with the after-sales process.

 

六、After-Sales Service

 1. Return and Exchange Policy

 

- 7-Day No-Reason Return: Within 7 days from the date of signing for the Product (inclusive), if the Product remains in good condition (including the original packaging, tags, certificates, and other accessories complete) and does not affect secondary sales, a return may be applied for. For returns due to non-quality issues (such as personal preference or style dislike), the round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by the User; if the return is due to a product quality issue verified by the Platform, the shipping fees shall be borne by the Platform.

 

- Quality Issue Handling: If the Product has a quality issue (such as breakage, inlay(inlay detachment), material mismatch, etc.), the User shall submit a return/exchange application within 15 days of signing for the Product and provide clear photos or video evidence. After review and confirmation by the Platform, a return/exchange will be processed for the User, and the shipping fees will be borne by the Platform.

 

2. Warranty Service: Some Products come with a warranty service, and the warranty period and scope are subject to the product details page or the warranty card. During the warranty period, the Platform provides free repair for quality issues caused by non-human factors; for damage caused by the User's improper use, repair costs will be charged at cost.

 

七、Intellectual Property and Usage Norms

 

1. Platform Intellectual Property: All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, software code, etc.) is owned by the Platform or relevant right holders. Without authorization, Users shall not (unlawfully) copy, distribute, modify, or use it for commercial purposes.

 

2. User Content Authorization: By publishing reviews, photo shares, etc., on the Platform, the User grants the Platform a license to use such content within a reasonable scope for purposes such as product promotion and service display, and the Platform shall not be required to pay additional fees.

 

八、Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

 

1. Force Majeure: The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions, product non-delivery, or information loss caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, wars, government acts, cyber-attacks, system failures, etc., but shall promptly notify Users and take remedial measures.

 

2. Third-Party Liability: If losses are caused to Users by the acts of third-party service providers (such as logistics partners or payment institutions) cooperated with the Platform, the Platform will assist Users in safeguarding their rights but shall not bear direct liability for compensation.

 

九、Privacy Protection

The User shall still be responsible for their conduct during the period of using the Platform's services after the account is terminated.

 

十一、Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where the Platform is located.
